FACTivity – Food for the Soil
SHARE
In this FACTivity, you will create a model of what happens to things in a river when a flood occurs. Scientists often create models to help them understand better how something works. You will build a model of a river and riverbank with bowls, water, sand or soil, and fish crackers. With your model, you will simulate different flood conditions to assess what might happen to the fish in a flood.
