Lesson Plan – Food for the Soil
In this lesson plan, students will increase their reading comprehension, organizational skills, critical thinking, and ability to explain concepts through the use of a graphic organizer. The goal is to have students organize their thoughts in a visual way by using the graphic organizer. This process should help them develop a better comprehension of the Natural Inquirer article they have read.
This lesson plan was originally written for "Food for the Soil" but can be easily modified to use with any Natural Inquirer article.
