Dr. Jackson Beak’s Guide to Birds of South Jackson Elementary School

Get outdoors and challenge your students with this bird education guide! Working with local nonprofit partners in the Athens, GA region, the Natural Inquirer team helped South Jackson Elementary with a birding education guide for their schoolyard trail system.

While this guide was created for a particular school in the Southeast, the birds featured in the book are distributed widely, making this book applicable for educators across much of the eastern United States.
